 Board to consider an ordinance amending the municipal code to provide 
for a thirty-nine (39) hour work week in lieu of a forty-hour (40) work 
week for fiscal year 2012-2013 in order to assist in balancing the

President and Village Board to control the number and type of tobacco 
business licenses within the village.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;(5) DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT 
PERMIT - 4 W. BURLINGTON: &amp;nbsp;Board to consider an ordinance approving a 
development grant request for Uptown Cigars; a cigar, cigarette and 
grocery store in the Downtown B-1 District at 4 West Burlington Avenue.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;(6)
 &amp;nbsp;ELECTRIC AGGREGATION: &amp;nbsp;Board to hear a staff report regarding the 
outcome of the recent March 20, 2012 Electric Aggregation Ballot

SOCIETY: &amp;nbsp;Board to consider authorizing an agreement with the Hinsdale

 ANIMAL RELEASE FEE: &amp;nbsp;Board to consider an ordinance creating a Stray 
Domestic Animal Release fee to be charged to owners of a domestic animal
