(4) TOBACCO DEALER LICENSING: Board to consider an ordinance amending Chapter 22 (Businesses), Article XIII (Tobacco Dealers), of the Village Code of Ordinances to allow the Village President and Village Board to control the number and type of tobacco business licenses within the village.

(5) DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT - 4 W. BURLINGTON: Board to consider an ordinance approving a development grant request for Uptown Cigars; a cigar, cigarette and grocery store in the Downtown B-1 District at 4 West Burlington Avenue.

(6) ELECTRIC AGGREGATION: Board to hear a staff report regarding the outcome of the recent March 20, 2012 Electric Aggregation Ballot Referendum Question.

(7) STRAY CARE AGREEMENT - HINSDALE HUMANE SOCIETY: Board to consider authorizing an agreement with the Hinsdale Humane Society to provide stray animal care.

(8) STRAY DOMESTIC ANIMAL RELEASE FEE: Board to consider an ordinance creating a Stray Domestic Animal Release fee to be charged to owners of a domestic animal that are stray, or at large, and then picked-up and housed by the village.

(9) GASB 54 IMPLEMENTATION: Board to consider an ordinance authorizing the following for implementation of GASB 54:
A. Delegating authority to assign fund balance to the Finance Director.

B. Committing Westmont Centre Common Area Maintenance (CAM) payments for the purpose of promoting tourism and conventions; including, but not limited to, maintenance of the Westmont Centre.

(10) VOLUNTEER WEEK PROCLAMATION: Board to consider an ordinance proclaiming April 15-21, 2012 as Volunteer Appreciation Week.
