PZ 12-004       Sean Chen of Divinity Design with Culture Center of TECO in Chicago, regarding the property located at 55 East 63^rd Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A)             Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the number of allowable signs.

 PZ 12-005       Anthony Cappetta of West Suburban Funeral Home regarding the property located at 39 North Cass Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A)             Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the number of allowable signs.

(B)              Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the maximum gross square footage of signage.
