NEW BUSINESS
(2) FALCON VILLAS SUBDIVISION - STORMWATER MANAGEMENT: Board to consider an ordinance allowing the Village to accept ownership and maintenance responsibility for the stormwater detention basin and related outlet sewer system at request of the residents of Falcon Villas Subdivision.
(3) 324 NORTH RICHMOND - LOT COVERAGE VARIANCE REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a greater than 30% lot coverage variance request in a defined moratorium area.
(4) 143 SOUTH CASS AVENUE - SPECIAL USE AND DEVELOPMENT REQUESTS: Board to consider ordinances approving the following requests in order to operate a resale/consignment shop in the B-1 Limited Business District:
- Special use permit.
- Development permit.
- Commercial masonry waiver.
(5) 203 NORTH CASS AVENUE - SPECIAL USE AND DEVELOPMENT REQUESTS: Board to consider ordinances approving the following requests from In the Bag Recording Studio:
- Special Use permit to operate a music school in the B-1 Limited Business District.
- Development Permit request.
- Commercial masonry waiver.
(6) 609 NORTH CASS AVENUE- SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a special use permit to operate an automobile service station and car wash in the B-2 General Business District.
(7) PERSONNEL: Board to consider a motion to lift the temporary hiring freeze to allow the Public Works Department to hire 2 part-time employees.
