PZ 12-001       Hankui Chen with Shihong Guo of Henry Guo & Associates regarding the property located at 137 East 56^th Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A)             Zoning Code Variance Request to allow the construction of a covered porch with a non-conforming front yard setback in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.

(B)              Zoning Code Variance Request to allow the construction of a rear addition with a non-conforming side yard setback in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.

PZ 12-002       Michael C. Caplan of In the Bag Recording Studio with Frank L. Kudrna, Jr. regarding the property located at 203 North Cass Avenue for the following:

(A)             Special Use permit request to operate a music school in the B-1 Limited Business District.
