(A)              Special use permit request to operate an automobile service station and laundry in the B-2 General Business District.   

PZ 11-046       Mia L. Curtiss of Cash Closet regarding the property located at 143 South Cass Avenue for the following:

(A)              Special Use permit request to operate a resale/consignment shop in the B-1 Limited Business District.   

PZ 11-047       Raymond and Catherine Sodoma regarding the property located at 324 North Richmond Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A)              Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 30% maximum allowed in a defined development moratorium area.
