(2) MEETING CONSOLIDATION: Board to consider an ordinance creating guidelines under which Village Board and Committee of the Whole meetings may be consolidated.

(3) 6001 SOUTH CASS AVENUE, SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a special use permit request from Remigisus Sukevicius to operate a wrestling school in the B-2 General Business District.

(4) 215 WEST 59TH STREET, PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision.

(5) 208 TO 220 64TH STREET, WYNDHAM HILL I - PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS: Board to consider an ordinance accepting the public improvements for Wyndham Hill I.

(6) RIDGE ROAD AND 64TH STREET, WYNDHAM HILL III - PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS: Board to consider an ordinance accepting the public improvements for Wyndham Hill III.

(7) PRELIMINARY TIF ELIGIBILITY STUDY DISCUSSION: Board to hear a presentation from Teska Associates on the preliminary findings related to the feasibility of creating a Tax Increment Financing District in the South Westmont Business District.

(8) ELECTRIC AGGREGATION: Board to discuss a municipal electric aggregation opportunity for residents and small businesses.

(9) LIGHTING UPGRADE - PUBLIC WORKS: Board to consider an ordinance approving an agreement with Twin Supplies, Ltd. to furnish lighting upgrades at Westmont Public Works through application of a DCEO Grant.

(10) NATIONAL DRUNK AND DRUGGED DRIVING PREVENTION MONTH PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a proclamation recognizing November, 2011 as “National Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Month Proclamation”.
