(2) SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL RENTAL LICENSING ORDINANCE:  Board to discuss preparation of an ordinance that would license all single-family residential rental units.  

(3)  LOT COVERAGE VARIANCE REQUEST - 324 BLACKHAWK DRIVE:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a variance request for lot coverage greater than 30% in a defined moratorium area for the purpose of constructing a single story addition.

(4) DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT - 36 N. CASS:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a development grant request for J. Wilder Studios, a photography studio in the Downtown B-1 District at 36 N. Cass Avenue.

(5)  4 EAST OGDEN AVENUE, FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION REQUEST:   Board to consider an ordinance approving a Final Plat of Subdivision request from Supervalue with Jetco Properties/Jewel Express.

(6) 2011 WESTMONT HOLLY DAYS CELEBRATION:  Board to consider an ordinance approving the following requests for the Westmont 2011 Holly Days Celebration:

• Permit amplified sound in downtown business district near Westmont Centre on November 25, 2011, from 5pm to 10pm for Holly Days Opening Ceremony
• Close the first block of West Quincy Street on November 25, 2011, from 2pm to 10pm for the Holly Days Opening Ceremony
• Close a section of Cass Avenue from Traube to 55th Street on November 25, 2011, from 6:15pm to 8pm for the Frosty and Friends Night Parade
• Close off sections of several streets between Burlington Avenue and Traube, west of Cass Avenue on November 26, 2011, from 7am to 10am, for the Holly Days 5K Family Run/Walk

(7)  NATIONAL AMERICAN INDIAN HERITAGE MONTH PROCLAMATION:  Board to consider a proclamation designating November as National American Indian Month in the Village of Westmont.

(8)  NATIONAL PANCREATIC CANCER AWARENESS MONTH PROCLAMATION:  Board to consider a proclamation designating November as Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month in the Village of Westmont.

(9)  MEETING CONSOLIDATION:  Board to consider an ordinance creating guidelines under which Village Board and Committee of the Whole meetings may be consolidated.
