PZ 11-041 Patrick Houthaus of Bradford and Kent Builders on behalf of Sandra L. Timmerman regarding the property located at 324 Blackhawk Drive, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 30% maximum allowed in a defined development moratorium area for the purpose of constructing a single story addition.  

PZ 11-042 Bob Chomko of Building Science Institute, Inc. with Greg Krzyzowski regarding the property located at 37 West Quincy Street, Unit B, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A) Special Use permit request to operate a building certification school in the B-1 Limited Business District.
