(3) SMART GRID LEGISLATION:  Board to consider a resolution opposing the current Senate Bill 1652 - ComEd Smart Grid Legislation.

(4)  GRAFFITI / SPRAY PAINT SALE ORDINANCE:  Board to consider an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances regarding graffiti, graffiti removal and restricting the retail display and sale of spray paint.

(5)  CURFEW HOURS ORDINANCE:  Board to consider an ordinance that would change curfew hours and raise the maximum age to 17.  

(6)  AUTOMATED TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM:  Board to hear a presentation by the Police Department providing a six month review on the automated traffic enforcement program.

(7)  206 EAST RICHMOND STREET- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance to allow for lot coverage greater than 35% for the purpose of constructing a swimming pool.

(8)  333 EAST OGDEN AVENUE - ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance to increase the number of allowable signs.

(9)  1801 35TH STREET - ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance to permit more than three antennas on a structure. 

(10)  6424 SOUTH CASS AVENUE- SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a special use permit to operate a Montessori school in the B-2 General Business District

(11)  110 EAST CHICAGO AVENUE - SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a special use permit to operate an auto glass and upholstery business in the B-2 General Business District. 

(12)  405 S. OAK AVENUE- AMENDMENT TO ZONING CODE VARIANCE APPROVAL:  Board to consider an ordinance amending a previously-approved ordinance which granted a zoning code variance request to allow lot coverage greater than 35% for the purpose of constructing a deck.

 

(13)  ANDY FRAIN SERVICES:  Board to consider an ordinance approving  an agreement with Andy Frain Services to supply Crossing Guard staff.

(14)  LOITERING ORDINANCE:  Board to consider an ordinance rescinding the current loitering ordinance.
