(2)  WATER RATE ANALYSIS - FISCAL YEAR 2012:  Board to consider a motion accepting the Water Rate Analysis Study and directing the future consideration of a water rate increase ordinances to account for maintenance and infrastructure costs.

(3)  WESTMONT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, OKTOBERFEST:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a permit request for live sound amplification at the Westmont Chamber of Commerce Oktoberfest on Sept. 23, 6-10pm at 25 N. Cass Avenue.

(4)  WESTMONT HIGH SCHOOL, HOMECOMING EVENTS:  Board to consider an ordinance approving permit requests for sound amplification, partial street closure of Cass Avenue and a waiver of the open burning prohibition for the Westmont Homecoming Parade and Bonfire Event on Sept. 29, 2011 from 6:15-9pm.

(5)  DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, 37 W. QUINCY STREET:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a Downtown Development Permit for Mr. Michael Tahlier, for the Musician’s Workshop at 37 W. Quincy Street.

(6) DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT,  29 N. CASS:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a Development Permit for Michael Tucker, for Wine Tuck LLC at 29 N. Cass Avenue.

(7) DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT 100 S. CASS:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a Downtown Development Permit for Brian and Linda Polacek, for Digital Conference Providers and Innovators Pre-Market at 100 S. Cass Avenue.

(8)  CLASS 17 LIQUOR LICENSE:  Board to consider an ordinance amending Chapter 10 of the Westmont Code of Ordinances to create a new Class 17 liquor license.

(9)  AWARD OF ROOF REPLACEMENT CONTRACT, GLENBROOK GROUP:  Board to consider a construction contract bid award ordinance with the Glenbrook Group for a roof replacement at the Water Plant.

(10)  RESCHEDULE OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING:  Board to consider a motion to reschedule the Thursday, September 15, 2011 Committee of the Whole meeting to Tuesday, September 13, 2011 due to the Illinois Municipal League Conference.
