NEW BUSINESS
(2) 522 NORTH PARK- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUESTS: Board to consider ordinances approving requests for the following zoning code variances:
(a) Variance to allow construction of a detached garage over 28’ in length.
(b) Variance to allow construction of a garage over 576 square feet in area.
(3) 421 LINDLEY ROAD- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUESTS: Board to consider ordinances approving requests for the following zoning code variances:
(a) Variance to allow lot coverage greater than 35% for the purpose of constructing a service sidewalk.
(b) Variance to allow construction of a service sidewalk with a non-conforming side yard setback.
(c) Variance to allow improvements to a lot of substandard width.
(4) 30 WEST END- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance request to allow a new home and front porch in the 35’ required front yard setback.
(5) 405 S. OAK AVENUE- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance request to allow lot coverage greater than 35% for the purpose of constructing a patio.
(6) 809 MEGAN COURT- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance request to allow lot coverage greater than 35% for the purpose of constructing a deck.
(7) 310 S. WASHINGTON STREET- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUESTS: Board to consider ordinances approving requests for the following zoning code variances:
(a) Variance to allow lot coverage greater than 35% for the purpose of constructing a shed.
(b) Variance to allow construction of an accessory structure without the required 10’ setback to a principal building.
(c) Variance to allow an accessory structure closer than 5’ to rear lot line.
(8) ELECTED OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION: Board to consider types of identification that are issued to elected officials.
(9) HIRING FREEZE: Board to consider a motion to temporarily lift the hiring freeze for the sole purpose of hiring a full-time police officer, filling a vacancy at this position.
(10) HIDDEN VIEW DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Board to consider an ordinance awarding teh construction contract to Chicagoland Paving Contractors for Hidden View Drive Reconstruction Project.
