UNFINISHED BUSINESS
(2) VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES: Board to discuss Sec. 2-33. of the Village Code regarding Village Board Committees.
(3) ETSB INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: Board to consider an ordinance approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the DuPage Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB) for financial assistance of specified emergency dispatch consolidation expenses.
NEW BUSINESS
(4) 216 SOUTH LINDEN AVENUE- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUESTS: Board to consider ordinances approving requests for the following zoning code variances:
(a) Variance to allow the construction of a single family home on a lot of substandard width.
(b) Variance to all the construction of a single family home on a lot of substandard area.
(5) 421 E. 59TH ST.- ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance request to allow a detached garage over 28’ in length.
(6) 223 60TH STREET - ZONING CODE VARIANCE REQUEST: Board to consider an ordinance approving a zoning code variance request to allow a porch encroachment in the 35’ required front yard setback.
(7) HIDDEN VIEW DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Board to consider an ordinance approving a proposal from Civil Engineering Services, Inc. (CES) for the Phase 2 Engineering Design Services for the Hidden View Drive Reconstruction Project.
(8) EMERALD ASH BORER GRANT PROGRAM: Board to consider an ordinance approving an acceptance of an Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Grant for Technical Assistance from the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus.
(9) FURLOUGH DAYS ORDINANCE: Board to consider an ordinance amending the municipal code to provide for a thirty-nine (39) hour work week in lieu of a forty-hour (40) work week for fiscal year 2011-2012 in order to assist in balancing the budget.
(10) PREVAILING WAGE RATE ORDINANCE: Board to consider an ordinance adopting the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act rates.
