The Village of Westmont Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., at the Westmont Village Hall, 31 West Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois 60559.

Old Business
PZ 11-015 James T. Krause regarding the property located at 405 South Oak Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 35% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District for the purpose of constructing a patio.
New Business
PZ 11-021 Glen and Diane Armstrong regarding the property located at 216 South Linden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to allow the construction of a single family home on a lot of substandard width in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.
(B) Zoning Code Variance Request to allow the construction of a single family home on a lot of substandard area in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.
PZ 11-022 Brian and Sheri Anderson regarding the property located at 421 East 59th Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to allow the construction of a detached garage over 28’ in length in the R-1 Single Family Detached Residence District.
