(2) WESTMONT CENTRE: Board to consider an ordinance approving a lease with Maercker School District 60 for certain space at the Westmont Centre, One South Cass Avenue.

NEW BUSINESS

(3) HONORARY GREGG’S ROAD DESIGNATION: Board to consider a Resolution for an honorary street name, designating Cass Avenue between Richmond and Dallas Streets, Gregg’s Road, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Gregg House Museum.

(4) VARIANCE REQUEST, 315 SOUTH GRANT: Board to consider an ordinance granting a variance for lot coverage to permit construction of a single family home at 315 South Grant.

(5) SHELL GAS STATION, 2 EAST 63rd STREET:  Board to consider ordinances approving the following for the Shell Gas Station property located at 2 East 63rd Street:
a.  Limited Area Groundwater Ordinance; and
b.  Limited Environmental Indemnity Agreement

(6) CONCEPTUAL DISCUSSION, 233 WEST 63rd STREET:  Board to consider a motion providing non-binding conceptual approval for a restaurant use with a children’s play room/rec room for the entire retail area of the property of Westmont Yard, 233 West 63rd Street.

(7) FINAL PLAT REQUEST, THE STANDARD MARKET:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a Final Plat of Subdivision request from West Highland Capital Partners for the Standard Market, 333 East Ogden Avenue.

(8) FINAL PLAT REQUESTS, SAHLI’S SUBDIVISION:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a Final Plat of Subdivision and a Right-of-Way Dedication for American Chartered Bank for property 22 West 56th Place.

(9) CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION, CMAQ PROJECT:  Board to consider an ordinance approving the Construction Phase III Engineering Services Agreement for the 2008 CMAQ Sidewalk & 60th Street Culvert Project.

(10) CLOSURE OF CASS AVENUE FOR MEMORIAL DAY PARADE: Board to consider an ordinance approving the closure of Cass Avenue from Naperville Road to 55th Street for the annual Memorial Day Parade.

(11) WATER RATE ANALYSIS FOR FY 2012: Board to consider an ordinance approving  a pass-thru water rate increase of $0.31 per 1,000 gallons for all customers effective with usage measured after the mid-June routine meter reading. 

(12) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a proclamation declaring the week of May 15 thru May 21, 2011 as National Police Week in Westmont.

(13)  PROCLAMATION:  Board to consider a proclamation declaring the week of May 15 thru May 21, 2011 as Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week.

(14)  SURPLUS PROPERTY:  Board to consider an ordinance declaring certain vehicles as Surplus Property and authorizing the auction of said vehicles at the DuPage Mayors & Manager Conference auction on June 11, 2011.

(15)  CLOSURE OF CASS AVENUE FOR TORCH RUN:  Board to consider an ordinance approving the closure of Southbound Cass Avenue from Traube Avenue to Burlington Avenue for the annual Torch Run for Special Olympics on Sunday, June 5, 2011.

(16) PERSONNEL CODE AMENDMENT:  Board to consider an ordinance amending Section 62-56 of the Westmont Code of Ordinances regarding the use of staffing agencies.
