(2) WESTMONT CENTRE: Board to consider approving a lease with Maercker School District 60 for certain space at the Westmont Centre, One South Cass Avenue.

NEW BUSINESS

(3) WESTMONT  CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND TOURISM BUREAU: Board to consider a contract for services with the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau (WCCTB) for FY 2011-12.

(4) HONORARY GREGG ROAD DESIGNATION: Board to consider a Resolution for an honorary street name, designating Cass Avenue between Richmond and Dallas Streets, Gregg Road, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Gregg House Museum.

(5) VARIANCE REQUEST, 315 SOUTH GRANT: Board to consider a lot coverage variance request to permit construction of a single family home at 315 South Grant.

(6) SHELL GAS STATION, 2 EAST 63rd STREET:  Board to consider ordinances approving the following for the Shell Gas Station property located at 2 East 63rd Street:
a.  Limited Area Groundwater Ordinance; and
b.  Limited Environmental Indemnity Agreement

(7) CONCEPTUAL DISCUSSION, 233 WEST 63rd STREET: Board to consider a request for a revised concept for the retail storefronts in front of the Westmont Yard, 233 West 63rd Street.

(8) FINAL PLAT REQUEST, THE STANDARD MARKET:  Board to consider a Final Plat of Subdivision request from West Highland Capital Partners for the Standard Market, 333 East Ogden Avenue.

(9) FINAL PLAT REQUESTS, SAHLI’S SUBDIVISION: Board to consider requests from American Chartered Bank for the following: 
a.  Final plat of subdivision approval; and
b.  Right-of-way dedication approval

(10) CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION, CMAQ PROJECT:  Request for approval of the Construction Phase III Engineering Services Agreement for the 2008 CMAQ Sidewalk & 60th Street Culvert Project.

(11) CLOSURE OF CASS AVENUE FOR MEMORIAL DAY PARADE: Board to consider approving the closure of Cass Avenue from Naperville Road to 55th Street for the annual Memorial Day Parade.

(12) WATER RATE ANALYSIS FOR FY2012: Board to consider approval of a pass-thru water rate increase of $0.31 per 1,000 gallons for all customers effective with usage measured after the mid-June routine meter reading. 

(13) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a proclamation declaring the week of May 15 thru May 21, 2011 as National Police Week in Westmont.

(14) PERSONNEL CODE AMENDMENT: Board to consider an ordinance amending Section 62-56 of the Westmont Code of Ordinances regarding the use of staffing agencies.
