The Village of Westmont Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., at the Westmont Village Hall, 31 West Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois 60559.

PZ 11-014       Katherine Schwab with Scott Mathiesen of Pacific Construction Group, Inc. regarding the property located at 315 South Grant Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 

(A)             Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 35% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District for the purpose of constructing a new home. 

 

PZ 11-015       James T. Krause regarding the property located at 405 South Oak Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 

(A)             Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 35% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District for the purpose of constructing a patio. 

 

PZ 11-016       Christopher M. Kazor of IMS and Jay Riordan of Riordan Signature Homes regarding the property located at 9 and 11 West Quincy Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 

(A)             Zoning Code Variance request to reduce the number of required off-street parking stalls.

 

PZ 11-017       Anita Thomas of McDonald’s Corporation regarding the property located at 31 East 63rd Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 

(A)             Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the number of allowable signs.

 

(B)              Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the maximum square footage of signage.
