(F) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a reduction in the required front yard setback from 35th Street. Code requires 40’ and 15’ is proposed.
(G) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a reduction in the required interior side yard setback. Code requires 10’ and 8’ is proposed.
(H) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a reduction in the required rear yard setback. Code requires 20’ and 10’ is proposed.
(I) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a reduction in the required supplemental setback along Route 83. Code requires 75’ and 32’ is proposed.
(J) Site and Landscaping Plan approval.
