(2) WESTMONT PUBLIC LIBRARY INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: Board to consider an ordinance approving a revised Intergovernmental Agreement for the Village of Westmont to charge for and to provide accounting/bookkeeping services to the Westmont Public Library.
