NEW BUSINESS

(2) DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REQUEST, 15 SOUTH CASS AVENUE: Board to consider a development permit request from Mr. Jerry Navarro for a family restaurant at 15 S. Cass Avenue.

(3) DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REQUEST, 40 AND 42  SOUTH CASS AVENUE: Board to consider a development permit request from Ms. Janice Ejsmont for a retail lighting and design center at 40 and 42 S. Cass Avenue.

(4) FINAL PLAT, 1 AND 5 EAST OGDEN, WALGREENS: Board to consider the following requests: 
A. Final Plat of Subdivision to consolidate three parcels into one buildable lot.
B. Plat of Vacation for utility easement.

(5) DEVELOPMENT REQUESTS, WESTMONT MARKET: Board to consider the following requests: 
A. Map Amendment to rezone 4 parcels from R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District to B-2 General Business District.
B. Plat of Subdivision to consolidate seven parcels into one buildable lot.
C. Signage Zoning Code Variance to:
a. Allow more than two identification signs on a corner lot. 
b. Allow electronic message board as principle sign.
c. Allow electronic message board to consist of 100% of sign surface area.
d. Allow photographic images on electronic message board.
D. Site and Landscaping Plan Approval for a 33,000 square foot specialty food store.
E. Masonry waiver request.

(6) MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT FEES: Board to consider an amendment to Article XVII.  Massage Establishments; Sec. 22-1432 of the Westmont Code of Ordinances to reflect Massage Establishment License fees as non-refundable.

(7) PROPOSED AGGREGATE PROPERTY TAX LEVY: Board to consider a motion determining the proposed aggregate tax levy.

(8) HONORARY DESIGNATION POLICY: Board to consider a policy identifying procedure for approving honorary designation for village-owned streets.

(9) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a proclamation recognizing November, 2010 as “American Indian Heritage Month”.
