NEW BUSINESS
(2) VARIANCE REQUEST, 337 SOUTH LINCOLN: Board to
consider a Zoning Code Variance Request from
Kenneth and Linda Oetjen to reduce the supplemental
side yard setback from 30’ to 12’ for an addition.
(3) VARIANCE AND FEE WAIVER REQUESTS, 400 AND 402
SOUTH WARWICK: Board to consider the following
requests from Linda Chirbas and Julia and Viorel Tamasi:
A. Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
36” masonry fence where code permits 30”
in the side yard adjoining the street.
B. Request to waive Zoning application filing fee.
(4) SPECIAL USE AND DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REQUESTS,
22 SOUTH CASS: Board to consider the following
requests from Keisha Knight:
A. Special Use permit request to operate a
salon with an ancillary training classroom
in the B-1 Limited Business District.
B. Development Permit request in the
B-1 Limited Business District.
(5) TEXT AMENDMENT, Board to consider amendment
to Appendix A, Section 6.04(D) of the Westmont
Zoning Code to reduce maximum allowable lot coverage
from 40% to 35% in all single family zoning districts.
(6) AMEND AUTOMATED ENFORCEMENT ORDINANCE: Board to
consider amendments to the Automated Enforcement
Ordinance so as to be in compliance with recent
legislation taking effect January 1, 2011.
(7) SOLID WASTE CONTRACT: Board to consider extending
the Village’s Residential, Commercial and
Institutional Solid Waste Services Franchise
Agreement with Waste Management, Inc.
