PZ 10-027  Jacob Sadoff of Midwest Goldbuyers with
           Ed Peters and U.S. Trust Bank of America
    regarding the property located at
    220 West Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559
    for the following:
  (A) Text amendment to permit gold and jewelry
     buying establishments in the B-2 General
     Business District by Special Use Permit. 
 
New Business

PZ 10-028  Chelle Group Inc. with Kenneth and Linda Oetjen
           regarding the property located at
    337 South Lincoln Street, Westmont, IL 60559
    for the following:
  (A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit
     the construction of an addition which
     will encroach into the required supplemental
     side yard setback. The proposed setback
     measures approximately 12’.  Code requires
     a setback of 30’.

PZ 10-029  Keisha Knight with Rene Sturgeon regarding
    the property located at 22 South Cass Avenue,
    Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
 
 (A) Special Use permit request to operate a
     salon with an ancillary training classroom
     in the B-1 Limited Business District.   
 
PZ 10-030  Linda Chirbas and Julia and Viorel Tamasi
    regarding the property located at 400 and 402
    South Warwick Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559
    for the following:
 
 (A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the
     construction of a masonry fence in the
     side yard adjoining the street. 
      Code permits 30” in height and 36” is proposed. 

PZ 10-031  Vince Priest, West Highland Capital Partners, LLLP
    regarding the properties at 317 East Ogden Avenue
    (including flag lot), 331 East Ogden Avenue,
    vacant lot between 513 and 515 Blackhawk Drive,
    514 North Richmond Avenue, and vacant lots on
    North Richmond Avenue between 514 North Richmond
    Avenue and 331 East Ogden Avenue all in Westmont,
    IL 60559 for the following:
 
 (A) Map Amendment request to rezone 4 parcels
     from R-3 Single Family Detached Residence
     District to B-2 General Business District.
 
 (B) Plat of Subdivision to consolidate seven
     parcels into one buildable lot.
 
 (C) Zoning Code Variance request to allow more
     than two identification signs on a corner lot. 
 
 (D) Site and Landscaping Plan Approval for a
     33,000 square foot specialty food store.
 
PZ 10-032 Village of Westmont regarding a Zoning Code
   text amendment as follows:
 
 (A) Amend Appendix A, Section 6.04(D) of the
     Westmont Zoning Code to reduce maximum
     allowable lot coverage from 40% to 35% in
     all single family zoning districts.
