   LLC and Rebecca Michaels with PrimaVesta, LLC
   regarding the property located at 301-311 East
   Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 (A) Revised site plan approval. 

New Business

PZ 10-025 Michael Lacy of Lacy & Associates, LLC and
   Gus Perez of Van Buren Enterprises, Inc., regarding
   the property located at 2 West Ogden Avenue, Westmont,
   IL 60559 for the following:

 (A) Special Use Permit request to allow an
     automobile repair shop in the B-2 General
      Business District. 

PZ 10-026 Errol Jay Kirsch Architects on behalf of Mr.
   and Mrs. B. Gandhi, M.D., with Robert Allegra of D&B
   LLC regarding the property located at the southwest
   corner of 35th Street and Route 83 (f/k/a 1170 Route 83)
   for the following:

 (A) Map Amendment Request to rezone from O/R
     Office Research District to R-6 Special
     Residence District for the purpose of
        constructing an independent and assisted
     living facility.

 (B) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
     reduction in the minimum required lot area. 
     Code requires 40,000 square feet and 27,000
     square feet is proposed.

 (C) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit an
     increase in the number of dwelling units
     permitted per acre.  Code allows 23 units
     and 54 units are proposed. 

 (D) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
     decrease in the minimum lot area required
     for a 54 unit building.  Code requires 54,000
     square feet and 27,000 square feet is proposed.

 (E) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
     reduction in the minimum size of 1-bedroom
     units.  Code requires 550 square feet per
     unit and 425 square feet per unit is proposed. 

 (F) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
     reduction in the required front yard setback
     from 35th Street.  Code requires 40’ and 13.75’
     is proposed. 

 (G) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
     reduction in the required interior side yard
     setback.  Code requires 10’ and 7.8’ is proposed. 
 (H) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
     reduction in the required rear yard setback.
     Code requires 20’ and 12.7’ is proposed.

 (I) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a
     reduction in the required supplemental setback
     along Route 83.  Code requires 75’ and 37.1’
     is proposed.

 (J) Site and Landscaping Plan approval.

PZ 10-027 Jacob Sadoff of Midwest Goldbuyers with
 Ed Peters and U.S. Trust Bank of America regarding
 the property located at 220 West Ogden Avenue,
 Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 (A) Text amendment to permit gold and jewelry
     buying establishments in the B-2 General
     Business District by Special Use Permit.
