NEW BUSINESS
(2) APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARING: Board
to conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 19,
2010 for the Fiscal Year 2010-2011
Appropriation Ordinance.
(3) SOUND AMPLIFYING DEVICE LICENSE: Board to
review the issuance of a sound amplifying
device license to Mr. John Veriga, Eclecticville,
141 S. Cass Avenue.
(4) 276 EAST OGDEN AVENUE, AUDI: Board to consider
a request for a Plat of Vacation for utility easements.
(5) 417 WEST OGDEN AVENUE, FULLER’S CAR WASH: Board
to consider the following:
(A) An ordinance granting a Zoning Code
Variance to increase the number of
allowable signs from three to seven.
(B) An ordinance granting a Zoning Code
Variance to increase the maximum gross
square footage of ground signage to
approximately 98.8 square feet.
(C) An ordinance granting a Zoning Code
Variance to increase the maximum gross
square footage of all signage to
approximately 336.3 square feet.
(6) 234 WEST BURLINGTON AVENUE: Board to consider
the following:
(A) An ordinance granting a Zoning Code
Variance request for relief from the
maximum allowable density in order to
build one duplex structure.
(B) An ordinance granting a Preliminary Plat
of Subdivision request to consolidate two
(2) lots into one (1) buildable lot.
(C) An ordinance granting site plan and
landscaping plan approval.
(7) VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT AGREEMENT: Board to
consider approval of a voluntary
retirement agreement.
