PZ 10-016 Raymond and Catherine Sodoma regarding the
          property located at 324 North Richmond Avenue,
          Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
 
 (A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit the
            construction of an addition which will encroach
            into the required front yard setback. The
            proposed front yard setback measures
            approximately 16’. 
            Code requires a front yard setback of 35’.
 
PZ 10-018 Dan Olson of Grate Signs and Matthew P. Fuller
          of Fuller’s Car Wash regarding the property
          located at 417 West Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL
          60559 for the following:
 
 (A) Zoning Code Variance Request to increase
            the number of allowable signs from three
            to seven. 
 
 (B) Zoning Code Variance Request to increase
            the maximum gross square footage of ground
            signage to approximately 98.8 square feet. 
            Code permits 71 square feet. 
 
 (C) Zoning Code Variance Request to increase
            the maximum gross square footage of all
            signage to approximately 336.3 square feet.
            Code permits 142 square feet. 
 
PZ 10-019  Amgad Hanna of Alpha Motors of Westmont, LLC
           and Rebecca Michaels with PrimaVesta, LLC
           regarding the property located at
           301-311 East Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559
           for the following:
 
 (A) Special Use Permit request to allow the
            sale of used automobiles. 
 
PZ 10-020 Jeff Ningard of CJI, Inc. and Westmont M. Imports,
          Inc./Mercedes-Benz regarding the property located
          at 200 East Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for
          the following:
 
 (A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit
            the construction of a parking lot to encroach
            into the required five foot setback. 
 
 (B) Land Development Code Variance Request to
            permit the construction of a parking lot
            within the required side and rear yard easements.
 
 (C) Site and Landscaping Plan approval for
            an automobile dealership addition.
