UNFINISHED BUSINESS
(2) PARKING PERMITS DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEE / COMMUTER): Board to consider
approving the following ordinances:
(A) Reduce the number of permits sold for the Downtown Employee
Parking Permit Program by seven (7).
(B) Increase the over sale of permits for Commuter Parking Lot B
by 15%, as recommended by the Village Clerk’s Office.
NEW BUSINESS
(3) OAKBROOK TOYOTA/SIRVA: Board to consider an ordinance approving
a special use permit to allow off-site storage of vehicle inventory
in the O/R Office Research District located at 700 Oakmont Lane.
(4) ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT: Board to consider an ordinance
approving an engineering services agreement with
Wills Burke Kelsey Associates for engineering services on the
St. Joseph Creek Stream Bank Restoration project.
(5) MASONRY BUILDING CODE AMENDMENT: Board to consider an ordinance
approving staff recommended amendments to the Westmont Building Code
concerning the requirements for masonry construction in the Village.
(6) DON MORRIS ARCHITECTS, P.C.: Board to consider an ordinance
authorizing staff to enter into an agreement with
Don Morris Architects, P.C. for building plan reviews and
building and electrical inspections.
(7) MOTOR FUEL TAX: Board to consider an ordinance approving a
local sales tax of $0.025 per gallon, on the retail sale of
gasoline or motor fuel.
(8) REVISION TO CODE OF ORDINANCES-PERSONNEL: Board to consider
an ordinance approving a revision to
Chapter 62 Personnel, Sec. 62-71, Standards of Dress.
(9) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a motion approving a proclamation
declaring the week of May 17 – 23, 2010 as Emergency Medical Services Week.
(10) SOLICITATION REQUEST: Board to consider a motion retroactively
granting permission to pass out promotional flyers by
Hinsdale Central High School’s Entrepreneurship class,
Friday May 14th, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
