1) MINUTES of the Committee of the Whole Meeting,
held April 1, 2010 and the Board Meeting held April 5, 2010.

NEW BUSINESS
(2) MISERICORDIA TAG DAYS: Board to consider a motion granting
a request from Misericordia to conduct their annual "Tag Days"
fund raising drive, at Ogden and Cass Avenues, Ogden Avenue and
Pasquinelli Drive, and at the Jewel Store (with the manager’s permission),
from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, distributing tags and lollipops while
collecting donations in the Village on Friday, April 23 and
Saturday, April 24, 2010.
(3) 5725 SOUTH WILMETTE STREET, SALEH SUBDIVISION: Board to consider
an ordinance for a 24 month extension of the variances and
preliminary plat of subdivision previously granted to developer Nabil Saleh.
(4) LIQUOR LICENSE CLASS 9C / GREEN MEADOWS GOLF COURSE: Board to
consider an ordinance increasing the number of Class 9c liquor licenses
by one to allow the liquor commissioner, at his discretion,
to issue a liquor license to Green Meadows Golf Course located at
18W201 West 63rd Street.
(5) 276 EAST OGDEN AVENUE AND 600 BLACKHAWK DRIVE, AUDI: Board to
consider an ordinance approving a Final Plat of Subdivision
request to consolidate three (3) existing lots into one (1) lot.
(6) ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT: Board to consider an ordinance
amending code to add language requiring petitioners to pay a
specific amount into the dedicated B-1 Limited Business District
parking fund for each parking space waived by variance.
(7) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a motion to declare
April 18 through April 24, 2010 as
National Volunteer Week in Westmont.
(8) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a motion approving a
proclamation honoring Westmont’s Village Clerk and declaring
the week of May 2 through May 8, 2010 as “Village Clerks Week.”
(9) OPPOSITION TO ABOLISHING THE DUPAGE WATER COMMISSION RESOLUTION:
Board to consider a Resolution opposing Illinois SB 580 and HB 5552
abolishing the DuPage Water Commission and transferring duties and
powers to DuPage County.
(10) HIRING FREEZE: Board to consider a motion to lift the
temporary hiring freeze for the purpose of hiring one
full-time telecommunicator to replace a departing
full-time telecommunicator.
