1) MINUTES of the Committee of the Whole Meeting, held February 25, 2010 and the Board Meeting held March 1, 2010.

NEW BUSINESS

(2) 18 NORTH CASS AVENUE, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS: Board to consider an ordinance approving a request from Absolutely Delicious to erect a tent for the purpose of outdoor dining during seasonal months. 

(3) 6352 SOUTH CASS AVENUE, SAFEDINING: Board to consider an ordinance approving a Special Use Permit to operate a commercial food safety school in the B-2 General Business District. 

(4) CITIZEN’S FINANCE PLANNING COMMITTEE PRESENTATION: Board to consider a motion accepting the Citizens’ Finance Planning Committee’s Findings and Recommendations.

(5) PROCLAMATION ACKNOWLEDGING U.S. E.P.A.’S “FIX A LEAK WEEK”: Board to consider approving a proclamation designating March 15, 2010 as “Fix a Leak week” in the Village of Westmont.

(6) PROPOSED FIRE DEPARTMENT AMBULANCE FEE INCREASE: Board to consider an ordinance approving an increase in resident and non-resident ambulance fees.

(7) WATER RATE ANALYSIS FOR FY2011: Board to consider an ordinance approving a pass-thru water rate increase of $0.16 per 1,000 gallons for all customers effective with usage measured after the mid-May routine meter reading.

(8) HOURS OF PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT: Board to consider an ordinance to establish uniform hours of parking restrictions in the Central Business District.

(9) LIQUOR LICENSE: Board to consider an ordinance increasing the number of Class 6 liquor licenses by one (1) to allow the liquor commissioner if he chooses to issue a liquor license to Walgreen Drug store at 8 West 63rd Street.
