(2) STORMWATER DETENTION WAIVERS: Board to consider Moratorium on Stormwater Detention Waivers.
(3) 22 EAST CHICAGO AVENUE, DJ’S SPORTS BAR: Board to consider the following:
(A) Request for permission to proceed with project without following Village and County engineering and stormwater plan submittal requirements.
(B) Request to receive detention waiver without providing evidence of qualification.
(C) Request for exemption from payment of cash-in-lieu fee for detention.
(D) Request to waive DuPage County Water Quality Best Management Practices.
(E) Request for waiver from Village of Westmont Standard Specifications for parking stall dimensions.
(F) Request to waive the parking lot concrete barrier curb requirement.
(G) Request to waive parking lot screening and island requirements.
(H) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit a parking lot expansion constructed from crushed aggregate.
(I) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit parking spaces without drive aisle access.

(4) PUBLIC WORKS MAINTNENACE SERVICE AGREEMENT – TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET LIGHT MAINTENANCE: Board to consider a Public Works Maintenance Services Agreement with Meade Electric for traffic signal and street light maintenance.
(5) PUBLIC WORKS MAINTNENACE SERVICE AGREEMENT – LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE: Board to consider a Public Works Maintenance Services Agreement with TruGreen Commercial Lawn Care for various public grounds that require routine landscape maintenance.
(6) REDUCTION OF CLASS 4 AND CLASS 15 LIQUOR LICENSES: Board to consider reducing the number of available Class 4 and Class 15 liquor licenses by one, in each class, due to the forfeiture of liquor licenses by El Pulpo Restaurant 323 W. 63rd Street and Devine Wines 29 North Cass Avenue.
(7) PERSONNEL POLICY REVISIONS: Board to consider the following policy revisions to Personnel Policy Ordinance as they pertain to change in employment status from full-time to part-time:
(A) Section 62-91 (5) – Pay Policy
(B) Section 62-97 (3) - Vacation Policy
(C) Section 62-98 – Vacation Award Schedule
(D) Section 62-131 (4) – Sick Leave
