(2) APPEALS BOARD APPOINTMENTS FOR MULTI FAMILY HOUSING LICENSING ORDINANCE:  Board to consider:

(A) The appointment of the following individuals to the Multi Family Licensing Appeals Board:
1. Jeff Mueller – a landlord.
2. – A tenant.
3. Lee Fleming – Village Trustee.
4. Alternate Trustee member.
(B) The adoption of rules for the Appeals Board.

NEW BUSINESS

(3) WESTMONT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE 2010 EXTERNAL FUNDING REQUEST: Board to hear a “preview” presentation from the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau on its tourism grant –external funding activities for 2010.

(4) 2010 CHAMBER OPEN HOUSE EVENTS: Board to consider a request from the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and the Westmont Special Events Corporation (WSEC) to:

(A)  Waive the required $100 fee per day liquor license fees associated with the sale and serving of alcohol for the Chamber’s Open house on February 24 and September 23, 2010, along with the Business After Hours event sponsored by the WSEC on March 29, 2010.
(B) Permit the serving and consumption of alcohol in a village owned building, namely 1 South Cass Avenue during these events.

 (5) 233 WEST 63rd STREET, WESTMONT YARD COMPLEX: Board to consider a request for a Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the maximum gross square footage of signage.

(6) 24 NORTH WASHINGTON STREET: Board to consider a request for a Zoning Code Variance to encroach into the required side yard setback for the purpose of constructing a portico.

(7) 420 EAST OGDEN AVENUE, LAUREL BMW/BAKERS SQUARE PROPERTY: Board to consider the following requests:

(A) Special Use Permit request to operate an automobile dealership in the B-2 General Business District. 
(B) Request to incorporate the special use permit conditions enumerated in the staff report. 

(8) 276 EAST OGDEN AVENUE, AUDI: Board to consider the following:

(A) Special Use Permit request to operate an automobile dealership in the B-2 General Business District. 
(B) Plat of Subdivision to consolidate three parcels into one buildable lot.
(C) Zoning Code Variance request to permit parking in the required front yard setback.
(D) Revised site/landscaping plan approval.
(E) Waiver to permit substandard parking stall dimensions.
(F) Waiver of the 4’ tall parking lot fencing requirement.  
(G) Waiver of the 4’ wide planting strip requirement for portions of the development.
(H) Waiver from the full masonry requirement for commercial structures.

(9) 1 AND 5 EAST OGDEN AVENUE, WALGREENS: Board to consider the following:

(A) Special Use Permit request for drive through pharmacy window. 
(B) Plat of Subdivision to consolidate three parcels into one buildable lot.
(C) Zoning Code Variance request to permit parking in supplemental front yard setback.
(D) Zoning Code Variance request to allow more than two identification signs on a corner lot.
(E) Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the maximum gross square footage of signage.
(F) Site and Landscaping Plan Review.
(G) Waiver to permit substandard parking stall dimensions.
(H) Waiver of the 4’ tall parking lot fencing requirement.  

(10) DOWNERS GROVE SANITARY DISTRICT  INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: Board to consider entering into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Downers Grove Sanitary District for the west Cass Avenue alley improvements between Naperville Road and Burlington Avenue.
