PZ 10-002 Matthew Boex and Ana Quinones-Boex regarding the property
located at 24 North Washington Street, Westmont, IL 60559
for the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to encroach into the required
side yard setback for the purpose of constructing a portico.
Code requires a 6 foot setback and approximately 3.5’ is proposed.
