NEW BUSINESS

(2) 8 ½ NORTH CASS AVENUE:   Board to consider the following:

(A) Special Use Permit request to operate a ground floor office in the B-1 Limited Business District.

(B) Development Permit request to open a tax office in the B-1 Limited Business District. 

(3) 17 EAST BURLINGTON AVENUE:   Board to consider a Development Permit Request to open a flooring shop in the B-1 Limited Business District. 

(4) MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT: Board to consider approval of a maintenance service agreement for Aquatic Weed Control for Richmond/63rd and Hiddenview Detention Basins.

(5) BOARD MEETING RULES:   Board to consider ordinances:

(A) Modifying Sec. 2-51. Time and place of regular meetings to include committee of the whole meetings.

(B) Modifying Sec. 2-55. Order of business, (to add a consent agenda item to the agenda).

(C) Modifying Sec. 2-60, Robert’s Rules of Order applicable, (to allow the board to adopt by motion specific rules of order in addition to Robert’s Rules of Order).

(D) Creating Sec. 2-64. Consent agenda (to explain the rules pertaining to the use of a consent    agenda).

(6) PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a Personal Communications Site License Agreement with Clear Wireless LLC authorizing the placement of cellular antennas and related equipment on the Village Water Tower, 328 South Wilmette Avenue.
