Old Business

PZ 06-038 Village of Westmont regarding a Westmont
          Zoning Code text amendment as follows:
 

 (A)Amend Westmont Zoning Code to add language creating
           a cash-in-lieu parking fund in the B-1 Limited Business
           District which requires petitioners to pay a specific
           amount for each on site parking space waived by variance. 

PZ 09-010 John Abunijmeh of House of Engineering regarding
          the property located at 234 West Burlington Avenue,
          Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
 
 (A)Revised site and landscaping plan approval.

New Business

PZ 09-023 Jeff M. Carnicom of Guava, LLC, with Inland Commercial
          Property Management regarding the property located at
          800 East Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
 
 (A)Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the number
           of allowable signs from two to three plus awning lettering.   

 (B)Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the maximum
           gross square footage of signage to approximately 233
           square feet.  Code permits 115.2 square feet.
