NEW BUSINESS

(2) 37 WEST QUINCY STREET, MY GREEN ATTIC: 
    Board to consider the following:

 (A) Special Use permit request to operate a
            secondhand consignment shop in the
            B-1 Limited Business District.   

 (B) Development permit request.

(3) CHIRO ONE WELLNESS CENTERS: Board to consider a
    request from Mr. Dennis Jeanpierre of the
    Chiro One Wellness Centers to distribute
    health & fitness flyers at the Westmont Train Depot.

(4) SCHOOL DISTRICT 201 EMPLOYEE PARKING:
    Board to consider allowing District 201
    employee parking along the East side of
    Linden between Norfolk and Irving Streets
    on school days if vehicles display
    School District 201 parking permits.   

(5) DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEE PARKING PERMITS: Board to consider
    the creation of parking permits for downtown employees
    at a cost of $45 per quarter and to identify
    designated parking areas where said permits are valid.

(6) DOWNTOWN PARKING FUND: Board to consider
    establishment of a dedicated Downtown Parking
    fund to provide for parking needs and services
    in the downtown B-1 Central Business District.

(7) AMENDMENT TO MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT ORDINANCE
    REGARDING LICENSING: Board to consider amending
    the municipal code to provide a more defined and
    comprehensive method of licensing massage
    establishments within the Village.

(8) WESTMONT HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING PARADE:  Board to
    consider a request to close Cass Avenue from
    Burlington Avenue to Naperville Road along
    with East Burlington Avenue from Linden to Cass Avenue
    for the Westmont High School Homecoming Parade
    on September 24, 2009 between the
    hours of 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

(9) NATIONAL BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH – OCTOBER 2009:
    Board to consider approval of a proclamation designating
    October, 2009 as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
    in the Village of Westmont.

(10) CONSTITUTION WEEK – SEPTEMBER 17-23, 2009:
     Board to consider approving a proclamation
     designating September 17-23, 2009
     as Constitution Week.
