New Business

PZ 09-017       Tom and Lisa Maicke regarding the property located at
    32 North Linden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A)     Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater
    than the 40% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached
    Residence District for the purpose of installing a deck.   Current lot
    coverage is 40% and approximately 43% is proposed. 

PZ 09-016       Noe L. Figueroa with Rene Sturgeon regarding the property
    located at 22 South Cass Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A)      Special Use permit request to operate an office in the B-1 Limited Business District.   

 
THE FOLLOWING ITEM WAS WITHDRAWN  ( PZ 09 - 018 )

PZ 09-018       Mike Swiss of Chicagoland Raceway with Northstar Trust
    Company and Inter Continental Real Estate and Development regarding the
    property located at 6146-6152 South Cass Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 (A)     Special Use permit request to operate a slot car amusement
   establishment in the C-1 Commercial Business District.
