          with ManorCare Health Services regarding the
          property located at 512 East Ogden Avenue, Westmont,
          IL 60559 for the following:

 (A)Revised site and landscaping plan approval to
           permit the construction of an addition in the
           B-2 General Business District. 

PZ 09-014 Ruth Askren of Lamborghini Chicago with
          Marc Iozzo and Mark Hoppe of Honk Honk LLC
          regarding the property located at 209
          East Ogden Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559
          for the following:

 (A)Zoning Code Variance Request to increase
           the number of allowable signs from one to four.

 (B)Zoning Code Variance Request to increase
           the maximum gross square footage of signage
           from approximately 157.36 square feet to
           approximately 202.43 square feet.  

PZ 09-015 Thomas J. McCabe of Seaton Engineering with
          Westmont A. Imports Inc. (Audi), regarding
          the property located at 276 East Ogden Avenue,
          Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 (A)Land Development Code Variance Request to
           reduce the required easement from 5’ to
           approximately 4.6’ for the purpose of
           constructing an addition in the
