PZ 09-008       Mark Zych of Tap House Grill Westmont Inc. with John Tschilis of
                          Midland Realty Group regarding the property located at 6010 South Cass Avenue,
                         Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
         (A)Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the number of allowable signs  from one to two.
 
         (B)Zoning Code Variance Request to increase the maximum gross square    
            footage of signage from approximately 62.85 square feet to approximately   88 square feet.  

 

PZ 09-009       Shesh S. and Radhika M. Rao regarding the property located at 824 Megan Court,
                          Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
         (A)Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the  40% maximum
           allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District  for the purpose of installing a patio.
