NEW BUSINESS

(2) SOUND AMPLIFYING DEVICE LICENSE: Board to consider a motion granting
a request from a resident on North Hudson Street to host live entertainment on
Saturday, June 20, 2009, to provide wedding reception music in her back yard.
 
(3) SOUND AMPLIFYING DEVICE LICENSE: Board to consider motion granting
a request from John Veriga from Eclecticville, to host live entertainment,
“a jam night”, every Thursday evening (weather permitting) in front of
his store at 141 South Cass Avenue, subject to the same conditions as the Year 2008 license.

(4) CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM. Board to consider a resolution urging
the Illinois General Assembly to adopt a 2009 Capital Infrastructure Program Bill.

(5) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a proclamation honoring Westmont’s
Public Works and declaring the week of May 17, 2009 as “National Public Works Week”.

(6) TEXT AMENDMENT: Board to consider an ordinance approving a Zoning Code
Text Amendment request to revise Appendix A, Article VII, Section 7.03 regarding
permitted and special uses in the B-1 Limited Business District, and amendments related thereto. 

(7) FY 2009-10 VILLAGE BUDGET: Board to consider an ordinance approving the FY 2009-10 Budget.

(8) ACTING POLICE CHIEF:  Board to consider a motion to appoint Thomas Mulhearn
as Acting Police Chief for the Village of Westmont.
