(2) SOUND AMPLIFYING DEVICE LICENSE: Board to consider a motion granting a request from a resident on North Hudson Street, to host live entertainment on Saturday, June 20, 2009, to provide wedding reception music in her back yard.
 
(3) SOUND AMPLIFYING DEVICE LICENSE: Board to consider motion granting a request from John Veriga from Eclecticville, to host live entertainment, “a jam night”, every Thursday evening (weather permitting) in front of his store at 141 South Cass Avenue.

(4) CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM. Board to consider a resolution urging the Illinois General Assembly to adopt a 2009 Capital Infrastructure Program Bill.

(5) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider a proclamation honoring Westmont’s Public Works and declaring the week of May 17, 2009 as “National Public Works Week”.

(6) TEXT AMENDMENT: Board to consider approving a Zoning Code Text Amendment request to revise Appendix A, Article VII, Section 7.03 regarding permitted and special uses in the B-1 Limited Business District. 

(7) FY 2009-10 VILLAGE BUDGET: Board to review and consider the draft FY 2009-10 Budget.
