      Code of Ordinances to regulate performance dancing at liquor license establishments.

(3) ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT: Board to consider a
      motion postponing approval of a Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for the 2008 CMAQ
      Sidewalk Project until the May 14, 2009 COTW meeting.

(4) FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION BETWEEN POLICE DEPARTMENT AND LIBRARY: Board to consider an
     ordinance approving an agreement with Universal Cable Construction for installation of the shared
      internet data circuit fiber optic cable between the Library and the Westmont Police Department.

(5) DECLARATION OF VILLAGE PROPERTY AS SURPLUS: Board to consider an ordinance
      declaring Village Fire Department MSA 4500 SCBA equipment as surplus.

(8) CHAPTER 62 PERSONNEL REVISIONS – REDUCTION IN FORCE: Board to consider an
      ordinance approving a revision to the Code of Ordinances for Westmont, Illinois,
      Chapter 62 Personnel, Section 62-237, Reduction in Force.

(9) CHAPTER 62 PERSONNEL REVISIONS – SICK LEAVE: Board to consider an ordinance
      approving a revision to the Code of Ordinances for Westmont, Illinois,
      Chapter 62 Personnel, Section 62-131, Sick Leave.

(11)  SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD:  Board to consider a motion to approve the lifting of the
         hiring freeze on a temporary basis for the sole purpose of hiring a replacement school
         crossing guard, with the hiring freeze otherwise remaining in full force and effect.
