(2) PERFORMANCE DANCING: Board to consider an ordinance amending Sections 10-35 and 10-83 of the Code of Ordinances to regulate performance dancing at liquor license establishments.

(3) ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT: Board to consider a request to approve the Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for the 2008 CMAQ Sidewalk Project.

(4) FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION BETWEEN POLICE DEPARTMENT AND LIBRARY: Board to consider a request to install fiber optic cabling between the Library and Police Department in order to share internet access and possibly other revenue saving opportunities in the future. 

(5) DECLARATION OF VILLAGE PROPERTY AS SURPLUS: Board to consider Village Fire Department MSA 4500 SCBA equipment as surplus.
