(1) MINUTES of the Committee of the Whole Meeting, held March 12, 2009 and the Board Meeting, as corrected, held March 16, 2009.

NEW BUSINESS

(2) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider approval of a proclamation honoring Westmont’s Village Clerk and
      declaring the week of May 4 through May 10, 2009 as “Village Clerks Week.”

(3) PROCLAMATION: Board to consider approval of a proclamation honoring
      Westmont’s Public Safety Telecommunicators and declaring the week of
      April 12 through April 18, 2009 as “National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.”

(4) FULL MASONRY ORDINANCE REVISIONS: Board to consider approval of an
      ordinance adopting revisions to the “full masonry” requirements for commercial
      and multi-family structures.

(5) WESTMONT POLICE PENSION FUND: Board to consider a motion approving
      the appointment of Craig Grember as a Civilian Representative to the
      Westmont Police Pension Fund, for a two-year term commencing April 21, 2009.

(6) IDOT LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT:  Board to consider an ordinance approving
      the Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for the
      Blackhawk Drive Reconstruction Project.


(7) DECLARATION OF VILLAGE PROPERTY AS SURPLUS: Board to consider an
      ordinance declaring one (1) 1995 Pierce Sabre - Fire Engine 1831; and
      one (1) 1995 Pierce Sabre - Fire Engine 1821; as surplus Village property.

(8) LIQUOR LICENSE: Board to consider an ordinance decreasing the number of
      Class 3 liquor licenses by one and then increasing the number of Class 4
      liquor licenses by one for Korea Garden Restaurant. 

(9) LIQUOR FEE WAIVERS FOR WESTMONT LIONS CLUB: Board to consider approval
      of the following ordinances for the Westmont Lion’s Club:

      A. Waiver of the $100.00 per day temporary liquor license fee for the
          2009 July 3rd and 4th celebration at Ty Warner Park.

      B. Waiver of the $100.00 per day temporary liquor license fee for the
          Park District’s 50th Anniversary celebration on August 8th and 9th
          at Veterans Memorial Park.
 
(10) INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: Board to consider an ordinance
        approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Westmont Library
        regarding a shared internet data circuit.

(11) PERFORMANCE DANCING: Board to consider a motion to postpone
        consideration of an ordinance amending Sections 10-35 and 10-83 of
        the Code of Ordinances to regulate performance dancing at liquor license
        establishments to the April 16, 2009 Committee of the Whole meeting.

(12) BANKING SERVICES PROPOSAL: Board to consider approval of an ordinance
        approving a Proposal for Banking Services from Community Bank of DuPage.
