NEW BUSINESS

(2) SALVATION ARMY: Board to consider a request from the Salvation Army to conduct its annual Donut Tag Days on Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th, 2009 and to place Christmas Kettles at some area stores, with the manager’s permission, within Westmont from Friday, November 13th through Saturday, December 26th, 2009.

(3) RED, WHITE & BAR BQ: Board to consider requests from the Westmont Lions Club and Westmont Jaycees for their Red, White & Bar BQ event for May 22, 23 & 24, 2009.

(4) 4024 NORTH CASS AVENUE:  Board to consider the following:
(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit parking in the required front yard setback. 
(B) Plat of Subdivision Request to consolidate two lots into one buildable lot.
(C) Site and Landscaping Plan approval to construct a new office building in the O/R-1 Office Research District. 
(D) Village Board Waiver request to permit substandard parking stall dimensions which do not meet the Village of Westmont’s Standard Specifications. 

(5) PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT: Board to consider an ordinance approving a Planned Development Agreement for proposed development at 233 West 63rd Street, Westmont.

(6) ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT – STIMULUS FUNDING IEPA LOAN APPLICATION ASSISTANCE FOR THE VILLAGE’S 2009 WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS: Board to consider a request for approval of a proposal for Engineering Services for the preparation of the loan application package for Stimulus Funding.

(7) CHAPTER 62 PERSONNEL REVISIONS - OVERTIME: Board to consider approving a revision to the Code of Ordinances for Westmont, Illinois, Chapter 62 Personnel, Section 62-93, Overtime.

(8) CHAPTER 62 PERSONNEL REVISIONS – SICK LEAVE: Board to consider approving a revision to the Code of Ordinances for Westmont, Illinois, Chapter 62 Personnel, Section 62-131, Sick Leave.

(9) RENEGOTIATED CONTRACT FOR KONICA/MINOLTA COPIER LEASE: Board to consider approval of the renegotiated copier lease with Konica/Minolta for a new five (5) year term.

(10)PERFORMANCE DANCING: Board to consider permitting performance dancing by patrons or performers on any premises licensed to sell alcoholic liquor.

(11)LIQUOR LICENSE FEE: Board to consider adding a liquor license fee when ownership of five (5) to twenty (20) percent is changed on an existing liquor license.
