(1) MINUTES of the Committee of the Whole Meeting,
    held January 29, 2009 and the Board Meeting
    held February 2, 2009.

NEW BUSINESS

(2) DECLARATION OF VILLAGE PROPERTY AS SURPLUS: 
    Board to consider declaring vehicles formerly in
    village service as well as items received through
    police seizures listed below as surplus Village property.
    These items will be placed on auction, either through
    eBay or another auction service as authorized by
    the Village Manager, to be sold to the highest bidder.

(3) 6 WEST BURLINGTON AVENUE: Board to consider a
    Central Business District development permit request
    from Mr. Doug Swanson for the development of a
    model train retail store at 6 West Burlington Avenue.

(4) PANHANDLING: Board to consider an ordinance regulating
    panhandling and prohibiting aggressive panhandling.

(5) PARKING TICKET FINE STRUCTURE: Board to consider
    approving a revision to the Westmont Code of Ordinances,
    Section 54-101, Parking Fine Structure.

(6) LIQUOR LICENSE FEE: Board to consider amending
    Chapter 10, Section 10-42 of the Westmont
    Code of Ordinances to amend the liquor license fees
    required due to change of ownership.

(7) LIQUOR LICENSES: Board to consider reducing the
    number of Class 12 liquor licenses by one,
    and then increasing the number of Class 12 liquor
    licenses by one due to the change in ownership of
    Club House Inn & Suites, 630 Pasquinelli Drive,
    Westmont, Illinois.

(8) LIQUOR LICENSES: Board to consider reducing the
    number of Class 4 liquor licenses by one due to
    the non-renewal and surrendering of the liquor
    license for Harvest Restaurant, 339 West 63rd Street,
    Westmont, Illinois.

(9) AUTOMATED TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM:
    Board to consider approving a revision to the
    Westmont Code of Ordinance No. 08-128,
    Chapter 58, Sections 260-261, Automated Traffic
    Law Enforcement System.

(10) DUPAGE MAYORS & MANAGERS’S CONFERENCE LEGISLATIVE
     ACTION PROGRAM: Board to consider passing a resolution
     that will endorse the DuPage Mayors & Manager’s
     Conference 2009 Legislative Action Program.
