Old Business

   PZ 08-028   Ahmed and Nesreen Suwan with Randall Bees of Randall Bees          
                        Architectural Design regarding the property located at 424          
                      North Cass Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:
 
        (A)    Zoning Code Variance Request to permit parking in the required
               front yard setback. 

        (B)    Plat of Subdivision Request to consolidate two lots into one buildable lot.

        (C)    Site and Landscaping Plan approval to construct a new office
                  building in the O/R-1 Office Research District. 

New Business

   PZ 09-002   Leslie Abrahamson of the American Cancer Society and Steve Carr of               
 Westmont High School regarding the property located at 909 Oakwood               
 Drive, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

       (A)     Special use permit amendment to allow the use of football field
                 lights for a philanthropic event. 

   PZ 09-003   James Kuehule of Clover’s Garden Center, LLC with Suburbanite Bowl,
                        Inc., regarding the property located at 253 West Ogden Avenue,  Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

       (A)     Special use permit renewal for a period of three year to allow for  the continuation of an open sales lot. 

   PZ 09-004   William Gust of HB Securities and the Helen J. Van Leeuwen Trust,
                        regarding the property located at 233 West 63rd Street, Westmont, IL  60559 for the following:

      (A)      Rezoning of the subject properties as a Planned Development Overlay 
                 District in the underlying C-1 Commercial Business District with the following exceptions from the Zoning Code:

          1.   Exception to reduce the required supplemental rear yard setback.      
                Code requires 120’ and approximately 10’ is proposed.

      (B)      Special Use permit request to allow an indoor soccer facility in the  C-1 Commercial Business District. 

      (C)      Site and Landscaping Plan approval to construct a new indoor soccer field and retail building in the C-1
                 Commercial  Business District.
