(2) 2009 CHAMBER OPEN HOUSE EVENTS: Board to consider
    approval of a request to serve beer and wine at
    the Westmont Chamber of Commerce for two (2)
    Chamber Open House events to be held February 24, 2009
    and September 30, 2009 and to waive the required
    $100 fee per day for a total of $200 for the
    Temporary Liquor Licenses needed.

(3) WESTMONT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE 2009 EXTERNAL FUNDING REQUEST:
    Board to hear a preview presentation from the
    Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau on
    its tourism grant –external funding activities for 2009.

(4) RESOLUTION FOR CONSTRUCTION ON STATE HIGHWAYS FOR
    CALENDAR YEARS 2008 AND 2009: Board to consider a
    resolution to permit work to be performed by employees
    of a municipality in lieu of a surety bond.
