 (A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the   40% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence   District.   The as-built lot coverage approximates 43%.
 (B) Zoning Code Variance request to permit the construction of a new   single-family home upon a lot considered non-conforming in regards to   area. 
 (C) Zoning Code Variance request to permit the construction of a new   single-family home upon a lot considered non-conforming in regards to   width.
