(1)  MINUTES of the Committee of the Whole Meeting, held August 14, 2008 and the  Board Meeting held August 18, 2008.

NEW BUSINESS

(2)  5725 SOUTH WILMETTE STREET, SALEH SUBDIVISION:  Board to consider an ordinance  approving an extension of the variances previously granted to developer Nabil  Saleh until October 16, 2009.

(3)  31 AND 35 WEST 60TH STREET:  Board to consider an ordinance approving a Plat  of Vacation of Utility and Drainage Easement.

(4)  WESTMONT DRIVE, OGDEN AVENUE TO PLAZA DRIVE:  Board to consider a motion  postponing this item until the September 11, 2008 Committee of the Whole  Meeting.

(5)  TAP HOUSE GRILL, 6010 S. CASS AVENUE: Board to consider approval of the  following motions:
 
 a)Extension of building permits for 60 days until October 31, 2008 (with all    building and occupancy permits approved by said date as a condition for    liquor license issuance).

 b)Requirement that Applicant attend a community meeting with neighbors by    September 20, 2008 (as a condition precedent for liquor license issuance).

(6)   FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE: Board to consider a motion formally denying the  Level III grievance filed by the Fraternal Order of Police.
