(2) MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING LICENSING ORDINANCE:
    Board to receive public comments/input on the proposed
    Multi-Family Dwelling Licensing Ordinance which will
    license and regulate all multi-family dwelling buildings
    within the Village of Westmont.

NEW BUSINESS

(3) COUNTYWIDE STORMWATER AND FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE UPDATE 2008:
    Board to consider approval of the revised DuPage County
    Countrywide Stormwater and Flood Plain Ordinance.

(4) NIGHT PARKING ON STREET: Board to consider amending Ordinance
    Sec.78-308 Night Parking on Street.

(5) 31 EAST CHICAGO AVENUE: Board to consider granting approval 
    of the following requests for 31 East Chicago Avenue:
 
 a)Zoning Code Variance Request to permit parking in the
   required front yard setback.

 b)Site and Landscaping Plan approval for an office
   building in the B-2 General Business District.

 c)A Standard Specifications waiver pertaining drive aisle width.

(6) 531 64TH STREET: Board to consider approval of the Preliminary
    Plat of Subdivision request to subdivide the lot into two (2)
    buildable lots.

(7) 405 PLAZA DRIVE, McGRATH PARKING DECK: Board to consider granting
    approval of the following requests for 405 Plaza Drive:

 a)Special Use Permit Request to permit the construction
   of a parking deck in the B-2 General Business District.

 b)Site and Landscaping Plan approval for a parking deck
          in the B-2 General Business District.

8) TASTE OF WESTMONT STREET CLOSURE: Board to consider a request from
   the Westmont Special Events Corporation to close Quincy Street,
   between Lincoln and Adams, on July 13, 2008.
