The Village of Westmont Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 7:00 P.M., at the Westmont Village Hall, 31 West Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois 60559.

New Business

PZ 08-010 Robert Tupa regarding the property located at 4108 North Adams Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A) Pre-Annexation Request to incorporate the subject lot into the Village of Westmont.

(B) Map Amendment Request to Rezone from R-1 Single Family Detached Residence District to R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District upon annexation.

PZ 08-011 Patrick Heatherly of Heartland Commercial and Alan McLennan of Midwest Pavement Consultants, Inc. regarding the properties located at 1111 Pasquinelli Drive and 1010 Executive Court, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

 (A) Revised Site and Landscaping plan approval to construct additional parking stalls in the O/R Office Research District.

PZ 08-012 Peter Bickelhaupt and Rita Musaraj of Golden Age Tax Advisors with Jimmy and Thomas Koulouris regarding the property located at 30 South Cass Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A) Special Use permit request to operate an office in a ground floor tenant space in the B-1 Limited Business District.
