The Village of Westmont Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 7:00 P.M., at the Westmont Village Hall, 31 West Quincy Street, Westmont, Illinois 60559.

PZ 08-008 Nick Pancotto regarding the property located at 231 South Lincoln Street, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A) Zoning Code Variance Request to permit lot coverage greater than the 40% maximum allowed in the R-3 Single Family Detached Residence District.   The as-built lot coverage approximates 42.8%. 

PZ 08-009 Charles Barbrow of Village Smoke Shop and Mark Mueller regarding the property located at 4 West Burlington Avenue, Westmont, IL 60559 for the following:

(A) Zoning Code Variance request to reduce the number of required off-street parking stalls from six (6) to zero (0) for the purpose of expanding to add a smoking lounge in the B-1 Limited Business District.
